J&Co offers its own-brand perfumes through its website.

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, descriptions, and other information as accurately as possible. However, AI may be used to enhance the visual presentation of products. Slight differences in product appearance, packaging, or colours may also occur due to photography or screen settings.

Fragrance preferences and the way a perfume smells may vary from person to person.

We do not guarantee that every perfume will suit every individual’s personal preferences or skin sensitivity.

Product availability may change from time to time.

4. Orders and Order Confirmation

All orders placed through our website are subject to product availability and order confirmation.

Order confirmation may be provided automatically through the website or manually through WhatsApp, SMS, or a phone call.

Before dispatch, we may contact you to verify your order details. Please ensure that your phone number and delivery address are accurate and accessible.

Orders that cannot be confirmed will not be dispatched.

If a product is unavailable, the order information is incorrect, confirmation cannot be completed, or another legitimate reason prevents us from fulfilling the order, we reserve the right to cancel or decline the order.

If we cancel an order for which payment has already been received, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our refund procedure.

5. Prices and Payment Methods

All product prices and delivery charges on our website are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Our available payment methods are:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Transfer
  • EasyPaisa
  • JazzCash
  • NayaPay

The payment options available for a particular order will be displayed or communicated during the ordering process.

We reserve the right to update product prices and other charges. The applicable product price and delivery fee will be communicated before you complete your order.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must pay the amount due to the courier at the time of delivery.

For advance-payment orders, payment must be completed through the relevant payment method before dispatch, where required.

Customers should keep their payment confirmation or transaction reference until the order is completed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

J&Co delivers to almost all cities in Pakistan.

  • Flat delivery fee: Rs. 190 per order.
  • Estimated delivery time: Usually 2–3 working days after dispatch.
  • Working days: Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Order processing: Confirmed orders are generally dispatched on the same day or the following working day.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will provide tracking information through WhatsApp when available.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want our customers to shop with confidence. Return and refund requests are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

The main conditions are as follows:

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the product remaining.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.
  • Return requests must be submitted through WhatsApp at 03154880007.
  • Approved returns are processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned product.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Sale items are not eligible for returns.
  • Tester boxes are non-refundable.

8. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via WhatsApp at 03154880007 as soon as possible.

Cancellation may be possible before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the request will be handled in accordance with our applicable policies and the customer’s legal rights.

If J&Co cancels an order, any refund will be handled in accordance with the applicable refund procedure and law.

9. Intellectual Property (Ownership of Brand and Content)

The J&Co brand name, logo, product photographs, product descriptions, website content, and other original materials created for our business are owned by J&Co or used with appropriate permission.

Except where permitted by applicable law, you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or use our original content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms of Service grants you ownership of our trademarks, branding, photographs, or other intellectual property.

10. Product Use and Safety Instructions

Perfumes should be used for their intended fragrance purposes.

Individual sensitivity to perfume ingredients may vary. We recommend reading the product information and, where appropriate, testing a small amount on a small area of skin before regular use.

Discontinue use if irritation or any adverse reaction occurs.

Keep products out of children’s reach where appropriate and follow the safety instructions provided on the product packaging.

Nothing in this section removes or limits any legal rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information and maintain the availability and functionality of our website. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website at all times.
